Welcome, Infinite Catering! 
Recently, Ball Event Center spoke with one of our newest vendors, Infinite Catering, to get to know a little more about them and what they offer.
During their 11 years in business, Infinite has grown – from just weddings – to now include corporate events, fundraisers, small group “Chef’s table” dinners, drop off business lunches and more. Keep reading to learn more about Infinite Catering’s offerings.
Menu Options with Infinite Catering
Infinite Catering believes your food should be as individual as you are! You may choose one of their suggested menus, or once you meet in person, they can provide a completely customized menu. Infinite can do something as small as a business lunch, a cocktail reception, or as large as a complete wedding reception, with as little or as much service as you require. From basic catering, all the way to linen rentals, they have you covered. Free wedding reception food tastings are available for the bride and groom, as well as free estimates for all clients.
New Option
Not only does Infinite Catering do traditional catering, they also have available the added option of a food truck! The food truck has given them the opportunity to do neighborhood food truck events, fund raisers, back to school nights, etc. The truck can also be booked for your event at Ball Event Center. You can even find our food truck at all Chiefs home games!
Some FAQ’s from Infinite Catering
How much does it cost to have an event catered? Your final cost will be dependent on your final menu, final guest count, as well as any other services you select (linen rental, bartenders, etc).
Some of my guests have dietary restrictions, will there be food for them to eat? Yes! We can create menus that are gluten-free, vegetarian, etc. Most of our menus will already be fairly gluten-free, except for breads. We offer gluten-free pasta as an alternative. We want to make sure everyone can safely enjoy your event!
This all sounds great! What’s the catch? Are there hidden “surprise” fees? There’s no catch – we are transparent and up front with all our fees! When you sign the contract, the price on the contract is the price you’ll pay (with adjustments for an increase or decrease in guest count). We do not charge a set up or delivery fee to use our services at the Ball Conference Center!
