Ball Event Center recently had the pleasure of hosting Becca and Spencer Ferguson’s celebration of marriage! On May 20th, 2017, the couple tied the knot, then danced the night away at Ball with their friends and family – it was a beautiful evening that was enjoyed by all in attendance!
Forget about the terrible Tinder stories you’ve heard about. Becca and Spencer started with a swipe right, met in a coffee shop, and have been living a fairy tale ever since! On the first day of fall – September 23rd, 2014 – the couple hit it off while sipping coffee together.
“After I got home, Spencer texted me, “Today is the beginning of fall, it would be a great day to start something new,” said Becca. That coffee date led to a budding romance and a wedding almost 3 years later!
When asked about their experience planning their wedding with Ball Event Center, Becca said, “I visited at least 6 other places and this is the best one, especially because a portion of the proceeds goes toward KVC Health Systems, that’s really important to us.”
Becca and Spencer shared their very first dance as husband and wife to You and I by Wilco. A slideshow of pictures of both Becca and Spencer played as the Father of the Bride made a tearful toast just before dinner was served.
