Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Fangman!
We took some time to chat with Olathe native Mrs. Jessica Fangman on her experience with planning her wedding and discovering the Ball Event Center
BEC: How did you meet your husband (Matthew)?
JF: It was actually both of our first day of college at Pittsburgh State. We were in a class together. 
BEC: And how did you find out about Ball Event Center?
JF: Well, my search started on the internet, but I am also in social work – and happened to start working for the Lenexa KVC facility as Family Services Coordinator after I did my practicum through KVC. Then I toured the Ball Event Center and loved it!
BEC: What were some of the features that you liked?
JF: The package deal with caterer included is awesome, and the facility was able to hold all of our guests. Michael and the staff were really flexible – they worked with my design ideas. But most importantly we liked that our money went back to KVC to help children in need of a new home.
BEC: Tell us how you came to have such creative ideas for your wedding decor? 
JF: I always liked creative design in high school and also a bit in college. It was fun to bring different ideas to life.
BEC: And where did you spend your honeymoon?
JF: In Jamaica – it was wonderful.
BEC: If you had to do the wedding all over again (planning, etc.) would you?
JF: Absolutely – I’d even consider doing some wedding planning – I loved it!
