The 4,600 square foot ballroom can hold over 400 people theater-style or be divided into two or three smaller rooms. All the spaces throughout the entire facility are fully sound-insulated and equipped with state-of-the-art podium/panel technology, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing capabilities.
Additional equipment for running corporate events includes DVD players, laptops, screens, projectors, lecterns, and wireless handheld and lavalier mics.
Also, a corporate event at Ball does not have to be all work and no play. The Center is capable of creating spaces for breaks and snacks, entire meals, and Happy Hours with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Services include tables, chairs, bars, and servers working out of an on-site industrial kitchen. Staff and catering for events are available, but organizations are free to use outside catering vendors if desired.
